Just launched and in private Beta, Pinerly was developed to help manage and monitor your Pinterest account by providing an overview dashboard to show you stats from your current account, metrics and graphs, etc.  Since it is not yet Public, you can sign up for the waitlist.

According to their site “Pinerly [was founded] because using Pinterest gave us a huge boost in traffic (at some point over 30%) and we wanted to empower brands and users by helping them do the same.
